Not having a searchable list can easily be interpreted as deliberately making things difficult for you. Thus, they are trying to negotiate in "bad faith." As such, if you have a lawyer (no doubt you don't) you can prevent them from charging us anything.

Yeah, I'm sure we'd win that legal battle. Corporate interests are ruining America and the world. They must be severely limited by law not only as they once were, but even more so.
