That's not necessarily true in my opinion, Zvinki....

If one somehow manages to, due to their own folly, be either removed from the gene pool or be made incapable of pissing in said gene pool, they should be eligible.

Of course, as I recall, this particular entry was debunked as an 'urban legend' by www.snopes.com. If I weren't currently at work, I'd verify myself.

(snopes.com happens to be blocked by the work firewall. Forunately, auralmoon isn't.
