The chances of anything coming from Mars.....
 

I have been playing Jeff Wayne's "War of the worlds" a bit recently and wonder if people think it should be on the playlist.

I remember Tommy playing the whole album on "Extended Play" and getting a good response.

What's the general feeling? If it's good I'll donate the album to the moon.

.......Only plays it occasionally for Richard Burtons voice/narration - the rest is just plain pop music but with the odd god twist or two.

I won't miss it on the moon but will accept is others do

Don't donate it as I already own it - I'm the one who asked Tommy to play it. I've not added it, because broken down individually it has high and low moments. It works best as a whole, or at least side long pieces - and I'm hesitant to add that to the playlist - but comments welcomed...

That was what I thought too Jim but the high points can feel really high.

I wouldn't be sad if you decided not to add it. I can play it here anytime.

I'll have to think of something else.:D
