Re: DRH.017 - I'm All Wrapped Up in a Sour Grape Vine

It seems the programme wasn't aired yesterday. Is DRH off for the summer?

Re: 100 Riffs - A History of Rock and Roll

Impressive performance, though a rather US chart centric history. There's Ozz but no Sabbath, Green Day but no Pistols, and so on.

This one would deserve a...

Re: Looking for suggestions - COTM

I'd like to hear some german music. Almost everything with Klaus Schulze or Manuel Gottsching is good, but especially when they are together.

There's also a great live LP by Magma...

Re: Article Concerning the Current State of Artisit Compensation

Interesting. Some loose notes:

In most cases the quality of the MP3 you get out of the internets is lower than what you get from a CD;
Many titles are not available for sale at any price;
A...

Re: Is there a CD or DVD out there of this concert?

Hello Mike, as you can see in the video there were no electronics envolved in this concert. The other guitar player with glasses is Steve Hillage.

There's nothing about this concert at ProgArchives.

Re: DRH.002 - A Woodpecker with a Headache

I missed the first show but I'm listening to this edition right now.

One thing I note is the bit rate being below the 128 kb/s available for patrons. Any technical difficulties?

Keep the good work!

Dazkarieh

Dear all,

Dazkarieh is portuguese band that started off as a world music/folk band in the late 1990s. After many line up changes it settled on a four piece and moved ever closer to rock. Especially...

Incredible how attached we can become to these beings. Especially with cats that are effectively highly specialized wild animals, not domesticated like dogs.

I don't have a cat coz I live in an...

Re: If I had a band I'd call it....

I'm undecided between Starhenge and DodecaAstra.

But the title of the second LP would certainly be Federation.

Thanks for the reply Erik.

The Kulturfabrik id indeed a reference in Luxembourg, not only at Esch. The folk I've talked to say there may be a Math Rock session once in a while, but beyond that the...

Re: Moving to Luxembourg

Thank you for the replies.

I'm presently staying at Bettembourg, but I'll be working at Esch-Sur-Alzette. I'll move there as soon as I find a flat.

Moving to Luxembourg

Hello everyone,

I'm living in Luxembourg since last Wednesday. I'll start a new job here on the 1st of September.

Are there moonies around? What's happening prog-wise in these parts?

Thanks,

Luís

Sunday morning music

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iAUmBZg_2rA

There's no mellotron, but very good all the same.

Why some folk don't class this as progressive is beyond me....

Re: Diff_Drummers soldier son is HOME!!!

Though very few people in Europe understands what you wrote (including me) I'm glad you don't have to mourn a son.

I hope you can spare a moment for those folk that died in the opposite trenches.
