Then post a subject called 'Neil Young' ... For Malmsteen I must admit his technique is perfect but I can't feel any emotionnal stuff in his music ... I think music, especially prog rock or metal must communicate feelings to the listeners ...
By the way I think Malmsteen worked with Jens Johannson, who is Stratovarius keyboardist ... Try to listen to Stratovarius recent albums ... kind of a progressive metal/speed metal music. You'll probably have the feeling you've heard 10 times the same song when the disc will be over ... Then you'll know what I think after listening to Rising Force.
