Uh, this is a forum. And I'm not the only reason I'm a "judge" as you put it, is that I'm the one taking time to do it. Still the buck stops at Jim. I'll combine "Mister Class and Quality/Three Friends" and put it in Jim's folder, but if he says keep it separate, it stays separate.

Reread my original post and you'll see that what you are saying is what I'm doing. I don't know every song on AM, so that's where other people's knowledge comes in. Given time, I'd have come up with the Three Friends one, but never the Sonus Umbra one. As per one person being arbiter, it's Jim. What's the rush? There is no rush; it is a glacial pace, thus my phrase "a few here and a few there." Post it like the "errors" thread? That's what this thread is: the "Needs Combining" thread.

Exactly why it will stay separate. Exactly why "Five Suns" will stay separate. Exactly why "Amarok" was split up. What we're looking for here is stuff like "Mister Class and Quality/Three Friends" and "Endless Dream." In other words, a case-by-case basis. We're saying the same thing.

Yep, that's why I put in the original post that Jim will not stop his world to listen to the freshly combined tracks. But the thing is, the reason it took Jim and Roger.Lee so long to combine those Sonus Umbra tracks is because there's so much to do to keep the station running, they don't have time to get involved in minute details like this. That's why I'm volunteering to pick up these little non-essential details like album cover art and now combiner tracks, which Jim can then evaluate at his leisure. There's an old saying, "Many hands make light work."



PS, what "Kayleigh/Lavender" thing? Is this a potential combiner?
