Just heard Don Caballero for the first time here at AM. Checked out the samples at Amazon as well.
I wonder if fans of these guys might also like Darediablo?
Take Don Cab, make it keyboard-centered (organ/electric piano) instead of guitar, and rather than the KC flavor make it sort of a Deep Purple/Pink Floyd thing (and some KC ish tonalities too, along with some jazz influence), and you've got Darediablo, in a way. At least from what I've heard, and I think I lean towards their stuff with just the keys, bass, drums, without guitar.
