VaxMan, help clear something up for me:
"With just a handful of requesters, this is already realized without any programming effort at all."
Does this statement imply that if enough (a handful) requesters (to make the change) ask, you will make the change that includes a 1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour delay between requests?
Or does it mean that there are only a handful of requesters (being song requesters), so the issue is "not an issue" and doesn't need to be addressed?
I hope it is the latter. I would be disappointed if Joe Shmoe could request a 9 minute track every hour, and Sue Shmue had to wait two hours after requesting an 11 minute song. I'm a fan of the CURRENT system.
