It only matters to the extend that you care about an artist playing close to itself. The request rules is what I'm saying. Yes plays, can can't play again for X length of time.
If Steve Morse and The Steve Morse Band are put in like that, then SAM treats that as separate artists. Like I said, it only matters to the extent you care about an artist playing close to itself.
