One word: Rovo. Check out the genre tags on their wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rovo - You'll find a lot of stuff that fits that description by checking out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...c_rock_artists and then doing a little sampling on amazon.com.
My second thought is "What is your definition of psych music?" because LOTS of bands with different sounds are called psych.
