My guess would have been Neil Young, not Nick Cave. There are a few people who can't take Neil's voice. Instead of "haunting" they hear "whiny," I suppose.

CDB has some fun stuff, but it's very Southern US country-rock for sure.

well with Cave is beyond the voice ,,,,what I dont like is the music. I dont believe in his music.
If the lyrics is interesting, it s not important to me,,,I can read if I want to find something,,,but when the music itself does not say nothing to me or I dont believe in the performer ,,,because his playing,,composing...or another factors...or a combination all this....just I pass

I am fan of Neil Young,,great composer, I like his electric picking,,great tunes..time to time I hear him,,and no problem with his voice...music is first to me
