The festival has been officially renamed "Yestival".
Also, I have just been informed by LiveNation that the correct link is:

The new password for the NEARfest presale is "prog" (not case-sensitive) and the password for the Live Nation presale is "picnic." Either code will allow you to obtain tickets before the general public starting on Thursday at 10:00am ET.
