That all depends on how much and how far away one strays from prog. I'm not saying that one or two songs in the World Music genre would hurt, but I'm not sure that an entire show would work for me.

My instinct is to try to avoid doing a world music show (but maybe letting a track slip in now and again) because it's not what people tune in to Aural Moon for. But if the assembled throng wills it, I could adjust that attitude.
I'd say go with your gut instict. I certainly wouldn't mind a track here and there, but I'd personally be leery of an entire show based on "World Music".
