Just my personal views

Are there any plans to improve the stream to say 128?

Nice to see Santana on your lists. I won't request any though as
I have stacks of Santana on audio cd. I don't waste valuable
request time with ANY of my favourite bands. I try ones that
I do not know. With AM having such a wide selection, I advise
anyone to do the same. You may be very surprised by just how
much other stuff you like and may introduce you to a lifelong
favourite. Good Luck!

I'm not a big fan but for some reason the names Ed Cassidy,
Randy California and Jay Ferguson spring to mind. Again not
a big fan but I cannot help but think that AM could do with a UK
band called Barclay James Harvest.

Personally, I don't like to see what I call 'commercial' tracks.
Kayleigh by Marrilion is one such. I happen to like it and the
band also but it is played by everyone and is an ever present
playlist track everywhere. Sorry but I don't think 'commercial'
songs as I call them fit into AMs general brilliance.

Please no controversy. Just my personal views.

Presently, after doing some research, we have determined that we cannot afford (monetarily) to go to 128k. If we get subsidized bandwidth, or a donation to our operating expenses, then it may be possible.

hmmm...

"general brilliance" - thanks! We'll consider removal of popular tracks - that's a direction I lean towards, but always trying to balance my/our taste with the listener mandate...

Thanks also for not requesting music you own - I REALLY encourage that! Think of AM as a resource to discover new music.

And as far as helping us afford that 128K stream - suggestions welcomed - and I can guarantee that no money will go to advertising or to our pockets - Avian and I are in this for the music only...

(Spirit - soon; Barclay James - some day, since I don't currently own any.)
