I found these two books (I don't remember how, sorry) on Brian Eno and Robert Fripp that have been made available for free by the author, Eric Tamm, now that they're out of print. I have read the Fripp book and found it interesting and have started the Eno book and so far find it interesting as well. So, I thought I'd pass it along to the Moonfolk since I imagine there are many fans of both lurking about here. I first posted the link in the shoutbox, but then realized many Lunites would miss it and hence decided to start this thread. Lotus suggested making it a news item, but I'll let the powers that be on the Moon make that decision if warranted.
The Fripp book was going to be the subject of Tamm's doctoral dissertation at U.C. Berkeley but he went to one of Fripps Guitar Craft seminars and Fripp discouraged Tamm from writing about him and suggested Eno instead. So Tamm took Fripp's advice and made Eno the subject of his doctoral thesis. Tamm subsequently decided to write the Fripp book even though Fripp was not in favor of Tamm writing a book about him; the book details Fripp's reasons and Tamm's decision to go forward with it anyway. Fripp's take on the book according to Tamm was that Chapter 10 on his Guitar Craft experiences was "real" but the rest "sucked". I found it interesting nonetheless and perhaps you will as well. I don't agree with all of Tamm's analysis but still found it worth reading. Tamm seems to have a broad knowledge of music and also writes pretty well IMHO. So, enjoy if you have the inclination, after all it's free

The books can be found under the "books" link on the left-hand menu, strangely enough. Both books can be downloaded in M$ Word format and the Fripp book may be read online in HTML format.
