Marillion acoustic gigs, West Coast USA

There's already a thread about San Francisco but I wanted to point out that they will be playing gigs from San DIego area to Seattle.

too bad I'm in Ireland when they play in San Diego. Even though I'm not the hugest Hogarth-Marillion fan, the BellyUp is a fun venue. You coming to SD Vax?

Yup. I wanted to do at least one of the West Coast gigs. T8R is going to San Fran and Nadina (marillion13362) lives there, so I can add two more moonies to my meeting list. The SF gig is on a weekend too. The west coast gig timing is bad as the kids are back at school in Sept. We took a lot of flack when we took the kids out fo school for the UK trip last March. So, if we go over the weekend and grandpa watches Kevin, we don't have to worry too much about the school. The older two boys will be fine on their own for the weekend.

have a listen...

Marillion just sent me a CD of three "acoustic tracks" recorded in their studio -- The Racket Club -- in Aylesbury Buckinghamshire, UK. for your listening pleasure. Yes, you can download them.

Anyone interested in hearing what they will sound like on this acoustic tour can have a listen here:

They've done very nice acoustic arrangements of their songs for this tour. Easter is an exceptionally nice acoustic arrangement.
