Another incredible concert experience last night (this morning lol) at the State Theater in VA.

I have two words, Michael Gurley

Plays leads akin to Frampton and Buck Dharma, always incredible but never shredding....

Along with Umphrey's McGee, this was an unforgettable concert week. Try to catch either of these bands in their prime. None of what they do translates to CD... Umphrey's can seamlessly go to any musical style and totally jam and you won't know what happened..dada is breathtaking in their musicianship. Their version of "Scarborough Fair" was heavy, yeat stayed true the S&G song with their signature inter-harmonies.

Great stuff.
