Passport

Here is a band that eluded me for years. Passport. I just picked up "Cross Collateral" . this would very much appeal to fans of Canterbury rock ala Hatfield, Gilgamesh ( love them) National Health.

can you provide some recommendations? I have Cross-Collateral and a home made tape of various songs. I am looking for more of their musc. I understand that the newer material may not be as strong?

Cross Collateral is perhaps their best. Looking Through is also excellent - both of these are on the AM playlist.

Iguacu, also on the playlist, is very good. Has a slight Brazilian feel to it.

I'm planning on getting Infinity Machine and Blue Tatoo one of these days, both of these are also good.

Their very old albums I haven't heard in years but remember them being good.

Man In The Mirror added vocals, and I didn't like it nearly as well as any of the above mentioned stuff. Oceanliner is weaker as well, IMO.

Well at least I started in the right direction with Cross Collateral . I have a home made tape collection with tracks from Iguacu, Sky Blue adn Blue Tatto. I was a little leary of them but have been pleasantly surprised to tell you the truth. I guess they have been around for years. Not familar at all with Looking Through but I will get that next. Thanks
