Re: The Musical Box, Mtl, may 2008

Great review! I really like hearing the non-musical anecdotes...10 hours...you are a nut....I drove 11 to Salem Hill at a chucrh but we made a w/e out of it.

I've heard the other drummer was not left-handed and taught himself to play lefty as Phil does...that's commitment!

Musical Box is one of my fav songs...astounding.

I too was impressed by fake Mike. It gave me a better appreciation of his talents given his lazy Genesis work on the later stuff.

Thanks!

You can work SH into any thread...

I've seen TMB do Foxtrot (x2), SEBTP(x2) and TLLDOB(x3). All were superb performances. I'm happier having seen them recently and missing that so-called "Genesis" reunion tour in a humongous arena setting.

I believe that I only paid for 3 of the TMB shows. I saw Genesis several times from TOTT, WAW, ATTWT and DUKE. I had no desire whatsoever to hear "We Can't Dance" performed live so the over-priced reunion tour was out of the question.
