Alex the Batterer
Alex has been formally charged with 2 counts of battery of an enforcement officer, a charge that carries a maximum of 5 years in jail. Some of the more serious charges have been dropped. His hearing is scheduled for May 17. Now if only he can behave in court things should go well.
